Lucas is a first generation Canadian, with his heritage coming from Germany. While his passion lies in videography and storytelling, he's an avid rugby player and craft beer enthusiast. His passion for all things camera started back in 2019, when after returning from Germany, he attended Camosun College for the Digital Media Production and Design program. Through the program he learned skills such as photography, videography basics, and basic graphic design.
Lucas prides himself on being able to tell a story, even when there is no story to tell.
While his background lies in marketing and sales, from his time living in Vancouver as a direct sales representative for Ledcor, Lucas is the Lead Videographer of the Coast Break Collective with his biggest passion being able to tell a visual story.
He is certified in Digital Media Production and Design, and has expertise in Social Media Marketing and Strategy.
